Attached are ICS Form 201, ICS Form 204, and ICS Form 205 containing the roster, assignments and radio frequencies NCARES will use to support the Endless Summer Watermelon Ride on Sunday, September 11, 2016. Also attached are the Ride Maps, Cue Sheets, and Safety Message.

Bud Sinor and Tom Tice will be out of the country until a day before the event, so please direct any questions or changes to Mike Griffin (; 904-583-4487). Mike and Ryan will be responsible for getting the trailer to the Rec Center on the Thursday before the ride, but they will need some assistance in getting it set up Saturday before the ride. Please volunteer by contacting Mike.

You will also need to contact Mike if you need a dual-band radio, required for this event. If you don’t have one, he can make sure you are supplied with a loaner or go-kit and will show you how to use it.

We are delighted to have a number of NCARES members participating in SAG, Rest Stop or Net Control work for the first time. This should be a great opportunity for those involved to “learn the ropes” of our supporting this type of event. There are still a few Rest Stop radio operator openings available, so if you have the time to help on what will undoubtedly be a beautiful September day, just let Mike Griffin know and he will accommodate you.

You might also check e-mail addresses in the above distribution list and send by return e-mail any corrections of associates’ e-mails you may be familiar with. We are trying very hard to maintain an up-to-date, accurate e-mail list of all NCARES members.
