With a G5RV already installed east-to-west overhead, the team works on a helium-filled weather balloon that will raise an 80 meter vertical loop in a north-south orientation.

Brian, KC5LPA, and Doug, N4FPS, adjust the "SKYWATCH" camera receiver and monitor. A small wireless camera was suspended from the balloon and gave us a live video feed of the parking lot at Lowes.
